When is the best time to visit Egypt?
October to April is the most comfortable season across most of the country. Upper Egypt can be visited year-round if days start early, and the Red Sea is at its best in spring and autumn. We adjust the pace and timing to the season you choose.
Are the journeys private?
Yes. Every itinerary we quote is private to your party, with your own guide and vehicle. We do not add you to a group unless you specifically ask for a shared departure.
What is included in a day experience?
Each experience page lists exactly what is included — normally a private guide, air-conditioned transport, entrance fees where stated, and bottled water. Meals and optional extras are shown separately.
How does booking work?
Send an enquiry with your dates and traveller count. We reply with availability, a written itinerary and a clear price. Nothing is charged online; confirmation and payment details are agreed directly with our team.
Can you arrange hotels, flights or a full itinerary?
We arrange hotels, private transfers and multi-day routes. International flights are usually booked by the traveller, but we can advise on arrival times and airport transfers.
Can you accommodate dietary or accessibility needs?
In most cases, yes. Tell us in the enquiry and we will confirm what is possible for the specific sites and hotels on your route before you commit.
